Davide Berardi e' un Ricercatore (Tenure Track) presso l'Universitas Mercatorum, dopo aver ottenuto il titolo di Dottore di ricerca in Computer Science and Engineering. Il tema di ricerca principale di Davide e' la sicurezza dei sistemi e delle reti, principalmente focalizzata alla sicurezza dei sistemi industriali (IIoT), sensori e trasduttori (IoT), Reti di nuova generazione (6G) e protocolli industriali (TSN). Oltre all'attivita' accademica svolge analisi di sicurezza in termini di offensive e defensive security, ad esempio ricercando attacchi e vulnerabilita' (CVE).
